I wanted to post a warning about the website btcx.investments (operated under BTCX Investment Ltd). They claim to be a digital financial ecosystem offering tokenized assets, an NFT marketplace, and their own digital currency.
However, the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has officially issued a formal warning against them. BaFin explicitly states that this platform is conducting unauthorized banking business and providing financial services without the required licenses or regulatory oversight.
Please be extremely careful and avoid depositing any funds or personal data on this website.
