The problem I am facing is that I can't withdraw a large sum—specifically, $500,000—through P2P exchanges, and most local banks are not crypto-friendly. Therefore, I have been thinking about using an Over-the-Counter (OTC) service, since it is a large amount. Would they be able to send fiat to my local bank as a merchant?
