[EU] Binance permanently closed account with no explanation

I'm just leaving this for the document, so individuals understand how shitty this platform is nowdays for EU customers these days. I think primarily because they are pressured to have compliance overwatch from US (as a consequence of courtroom order) and MICA laws.

So here is the story that result in my account closure: "[Binance] Account Deactivation Notice"

My account: 8 yr previous account EU. No fiat transactions, uncommon crypto deposits. Principally BTC transactions. Some secure coins.

Brief story:

1. Early 2025, binance asks for rationalization for crypto deposit.

I feel it was like 1 BTC deposit and 30 xmr deposit, shortly before they have been delisting monero. I despatched it to convert to btc, before delisting takes place. Did conversion to btc and withdrew funds.

All documentation is offered. screenshots from wallet and no further questions are asked. Account operates without drawback for subsequent months.

2. August 2025, binance asks for EDD verification, together with PoW, SoW. Blocks future deposits, permits withdrawals.

They obtain in depth documentation inside hours. Statements from platforms like IBKR, different exchanges. The estimated EDD completion time is 10 days.

three. The 10 days, turns into three months of waiting with zero info.

I had to ask about 4 occasions about my state of affairs on the chat. Each time waiting around 2 hours. Each time i get despatched from one CS representative to a different, all the time in the long run to get response from help with the same thing "We're making an attempt as quick as potential."

4. November 2025, Lastly after three months.. one thing happens maybe because of my continous strain to maneuver ahead with verification. They shut my account. 0 questions about EDD paperwork i've submitted, 0 questions about something. zero means to export knowledge. Simply GTFO.

I think they did that because i used to be continously asking on chat, when they may complete verificaiton (which was taking 3 months to date).

Now i don't even have an option to export knowledge from account, for tax reasons. Akin to csv spot transactions, futures.

General that's binance in EU in 2025. Works identical to coinbase years in the past. MiCA killed this platform.

You simply get generic rationalization and your account is closed god knows why. That's even when you ship all of them documents they requsted inside hours.

I'm going to attraction this determination, however i doubt it's gonna help at all.
