Debit card problems in India

Including a debit card could be very troublesome it seems. I've obtained a UCO Financial institution Debit Card (Visa). I've international transactions allow too, simply in case. I'm making an attempt to Buy with INR. I add card while purchasing. I even get otp from UCO Bank. I set off the tx. Then binance exhibits error. 1. What does this error mean? 2. How do I truly buy with a debit card in any respect? I actually need to use my financial institution card to buy. The P2P rates for USDT to INR is an absolute joke, getting fleeced by about 11% shouldn't be my favourite. Please advise.
