Bank froze my CHF 10,000 from Binance P2P, buyer now claims account was hacked. What happens next in Switzerland?

I did a Binance P2P trade for about CHF 10,000. Before releasing crypto, I adopted normal steps:
Verified the customer’s identify matched the Binance account
Asked if the bank account was in his identify → he confirmed sure
Cost came from that very same identify/account from his bank (Valiant) to mine (PostFinance).
No third-party directions or off-platform funds.
Released crypto only after receiving the financial institution switch and confirmed identify match.

10 days later the equal quantity was frozen in my account and I instantly raised a Binance P2P attraction.

Which means that : The customer claims his bank/Binance account was hacked
He says someone else initiated actions and he didn’t authorize the switch
Binance has stored the dispute open
My bank has now frozen the CHF 10,000 incoming switch for compliance evaluation.

Now I’m curious : might someone hack another person’s Binance account in addition to their bank account, provoke a P2P order, withdraw the launched crypto?
