I’m an EU-based consumer and my Binance account has been restricted for an extended period with no clear rationalization or resolution timeline. I have already: – accomplished all requested verification steps – submitted GDPR entry and clarification requests – filed complaints with relevant EU authorities Help responses thus far have been generic, and formal deadlines for replies have passed. I’m not accusing Binance of wrongdoing. I’m simply making an attempt to know what real looking subsequent steps are for EU users in this state of affairs, and whether or not others have seen comparable instances resolved with out going straight to litigation. Any constructive enter or shared experiences can be appreciated.
